In the building of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Temirzhol Zhondeu” LLP and “CITIC Construction Co, Ltd.” (PRC) signed an Agreement on Strategic Cooperation

On June 7, 2017 an Agreement on Strategic Cooperation between the companies Temirzhol Jundeu LLP and CITIC Construction Co.Ltd was signed in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the presence of Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sagintayev Bakhytzhan Abdirovich, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mamin Askar Uzakpaevich. The Agreement was signed on the part of Kazakhstan by General Director of Temirzhol Jundeu LLP Iskandir Karsybekov and Chairman of the Board of Directors of CITIC Construction Co.Ltd Chen Xiaojia on the part of China.

The parties stressed the existence of concrete opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation in the construction of highways and railway lines, noted the importance of concluding this Agreement, which undoubtedly will give serious impetus to business partnership.

The concluded Agreement will facilitate within the framework of mutual complementation of competitive advantages mutually beneficial and long-term cooperation of the parties for mutual assistance in the development and implementation of projects on reconstruction/construction/major repairs of roads and railways; objects of civil construction, ports; projects in the field of engineering services; and other projects on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as in other countries.

“CITICConstructionCo. Ltd” is a subsidiary of the Chinese state corporation “CITIC Group”, is in its full ownership, acts as a major provider of integrated engineering services, is one of the most active participants in the international construction market.

Considering the wide experience in engineering activity and management of large projects both in China and abroad, “CITIC ConstructionCo. Ltd” has successfully implemented and is implementing large infrastructure, industrial and civil construction projects, in particular in Central Asia and Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, South America and the UK, has an extensive network of business contacts in project countries.
